Using Framelet

Terms of Use

The agreement for Framelet's creative features and related services, including your material, purchases, data controls and the rights that remain protected by law.

Updated 2 November 2026Yes Investment Holding Inc.
01

The service and the company providing it

Framelet is provided by Yes Investment Holding Inc. Our address is 803-5075 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6C6, Canada. You can reach us at support@framelet.net. In these terms, “we” refers to that company and “you” refers to the person using the service. The agreement covers the Framelet app, https://framelet.net and the assistance we provide for them.

Framelet brings together image-to-video creation, video templates, AI images and image templates. The Android app has not been released; Google Play availability is coming soon, and there is no store download link on this website. The site introduces the product and provides information and support. It is not a generation workspace or a checkout.

Some features and purchases have specific conditions that are presented when they become available. Those conditions explain the particular service or benefit and must be read with these terms. Neither a general website description nor a later amendment removes a mandatory protection or rewrites a promise that formed part of an earlier purchase. A feature described as upcoming is not a representation that it can already be used.

02

Reading and accepting the conditions

Read the terms that apply before using a feature or confirming a purchase. Where the app or purchase process asks you to accept conditions, your agreement relates to the conditions presented in that process. If you do not agree, do not continue with that use or purchase. You can ask support to clarify a condition before making your decision.

Acceptance is not permission to train AI with your information or to publish private source material. It does not replace any separate consent or choice required by privacy or consumer law, and it does not waive a right that the law makes non-waivable. A privacy notice explains information handling; it is not a blanket consent to every possible use of data.

Keep relevant purchase descriptions, receipts and correspondence if you may need to refer to the agreement later. Binding information given before payment continues to matter alongside the terms accepted at that time. Raising a question or requesting a remedy does not require acceptance of unrelated new conditions.

04

App access without registration

Framelet has no registration or login requirement. An app installation can nevertheless have identifiers and service records used to carry out requests, associate results with them and resolve problems. These records are different from a registered account. If you use a Google account for Google Play, that account belongs to Google's separate service and is not a Framelet sign-in.

Protect the device, app access and store payment access you control. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of associated service records or paid benefits. Deleting local app data, reinstalling or changing devices can affect local files and the information available to identify earlier use. Keep exported creations and purchase receipts that you need; do not assume that clearing data will restore missing access.

When seeking help, describe the actual problem and provide correct available order references. If a detail is unknown, say so instead of guessing. This expectation concerns support and purchase records, not the subject of an artwork: fictional scenes and imaginative prompts do not have to describe real events. Missing paid access can be raised without creating a Framelet login or disclosing your Google credentials.

05

The rights attached to your creative material

The rights you already hold in source images, prompts and other information remain yours. Before supplying material, make sure you have the permission needed for its intended processing and use. Depending on the material, that can include copyright, privacy, confidentiality and likeness permissions. Owning a copy of a photograph does not necessarily authorise every new depiction of a person in it.

We do not acquire ownership of your input or claim ownership of an output simply because the service processed it. That does not settle rights that depend on the law or another rights holder. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright, may be similar to other work and may not be exclusive. A supplied template or licensed component can have its own disclosed usage conditions. Consider those conditions and the proposed context before commercial publication.

Inspect a result before relying on it, sharing it or publishing it. Generation does not confirm that an input or result is lawful, accurate or cleared of third-party rights. Do not pass a fabricated scene off as authentic evidence or imply someone's participation without authority. Include disclosures about synthetic material when the law, the publishing platform or the context requires them.

06

A limited permission to carry out your request

Submitting material grants us a non-exclusive permission to receive, process, temporarily store and transmit it, create the requested result and deliver that result to you. We can handle it for the related support or safety issue you raise. This permission extends only as far as needed to provide, support and protect the service. It does not transfer ownership or authorise unrelated publication, sale or reuse of your private material.

Our generation systems are self-hosted. No third-party AI generation provider receives your creative request, and no user information is used to train AI. That restriction includes source material, outputs, prompts, support communications, payment information and other service records. We also do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identity information. An operational provider's role is distinct from providing an outside AI model.

Every item of information associated with a creation is deleted within 48 hours from the start of the upload, or from submission of the prompt when no upload is involved. The same request's results, task records and copies use that original deadline; producing an output or handling a support enquiry does not start a new period. The AI Data Use notice explains the complete scope across controlled systems and processors.

Framelet is not a permanent archive. Export results you want to keep while they are available. You may voluntarily send general suggestions for improving the service; we can consider them without a payment obligation arising merely from submission. Feedback does not transfer unrelated intellectual property, permit disclosure of private information or override the no-training rule. Avoid including confidential third-party material in unsolicited suggestions.

07

Privacy and selecting photos

The Privacy Notice describes the information involved in operating the app and website, the purposes and legal grounds, disclosures, safeguards, retention and available rights. The AI Data Use notice focuses on creation information. Read both alongside this agreement. References to those notices do not create a separate consent or prevent you from exercising a privacy right.

Source images are selected through Android's system Photo Picker. Choose only the material needed for the task, and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential details. A face in a photograph can still be personal information even though Framelet does not identify that person or extract a biometric identity. You remain responsible for having the permissions needed to provide it.

Submitting an input is not a request to publish it publicly. Information is accessed and disclosed for the purposes described in the notices, including necessary operational handling or a lawful disclosure obligation. This does not permit unrelated marketing or model training. An exported result that you later provide to another service is a separate copy governed by your choices and that service's own practices.

08

Limits on content and access

The service must not be used to harm people, violate their rights or defeat the systems that protect them. These limits apply to requests, supplied material, generated results and the way you access Framelet. Do not use it for:

  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexualised portrayals of minors, pornography, sexual exploitation, or intimate depictions of a person without their consent, including fabricated depictions.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, violent extremism, encouragement of self-harm or promotion of serious harm to another person.
  • Scams, phishing, fraud, deceptive impersonation, identity abuse, fabricated evidence or documents, or deliberate deception about civic processes.
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness or other protected rights, or exposing confidential or private information without a lawful basis.
  • Malware, unauthorised access or security testing, deliberate overload, disruption of another person's use, or interference with service infrastructure.
  • Manipulating payment or entitlement records, avoiding purchase controls or safety restrictions, bypassing usage or access limits, or selling service access without authorisation.
  • Scraping or systematic extraction of protected service information, removal of ownership notices, or reverse engineering of protected software or non-public systems, except where applicable law or a component licence permits it.

A problematic result can be reported from its creation-detail page without leaving the app. Reports inform content safety and moderation; email support is an additional route. Identify the concern without transmitting illegal material or unnecessary private information. Reporting does not extend the original deletion deadline for creation information, including its metadata and attachments.

09

When someone's rights are disputed

A complaint about submitted or published material can involve copyright, privacy, likeness rights or another legal interest. You are responsible for your own unlawful conduct and the liability the law assigns to you. We may ask for relevant details or evidence of permission to understand a complaint, protect affected people and assess whether a restriction was justified.

Where your deliberate unlawful conduct or material breach leads to a valid third-party claim against us, any recovery from you is limited to losses that applicable law allows us to recover. There is no unlimited duty to defend us or pay every claim connected with the app. You are not made responsible under this provision for loss caused by our own breach or wrongdoing.

An allegation alone does not establish that a right has been infringed. Explain your connection to the issue and contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken. Do not send illegal material or private information that is unnecessary to explain the concern. Complaint handling remains subject to the same creation-data deadline; any independently retained record must not preserve creation content, metadata or links beyond it.

10

Rights in the service itself

The app's software, models, interface, documentation, brand and the original materials used to present this website are protected separately from the material you submit. The corresponding rights belong to us or the people who license them to us. Access to a creative function gives you permission to use that function under the applicable conditions, not ownership of its underlying technology or design.

That permission is limited and non-exclusive. Without authorisation or an applicable legal permission, do not reproduce, distribute, sell or license protected app materials as your own product. Keep copyright and ownership notices intact. Do not use the Framelet name or visual identity to imply an endorsement, partnership or permission that has not been given.

A separate component licence or mandatory legal exception can allow an activity despite a general restriction. Those rights are preserved to the extent they apply. These provisions do not take ownership of your source material or, merely because it came through the app, prohibit a permitted export of your own result. Ask support about a proposed use of the service's own protected materials if permission is unclear.

11

The mobile software licence

When available through an authorised distribution route, an authorised copy of Framelet may be installed and used on a compatible device that you own or control. This non-exclusive permission is for access to the service in accordance with these terms and the relevant marketplace conditions. It is not permission to sublicense, rent, repackage or redistribute the app as a separate product.

Do not sell or modify protected app components, remove security measures or distribute a copy without authority. An activity expressly permitted by mandatory law or a component's separate licence remains permitted within that scope. A lawful exception to a copying or interoperability restriction does not authorise unrelated access abuse or interference with other users.

Use depends on device capability, operating-system compatibility, a working connection and relevant Google Play requirements. Your connectivity provider's charges are your responsibility. Updates may be needed for security or compatibility, and an available release can have specific technical requirements. We do not promise indefinite support for every device or operating system. Changes affecting an accepted paid obligation remain subject to applicable purchase and consumer protections.

12

AI results and the website gallery

Generation is probabilistic. A result may contain mistakes, unwanted visual details or similarities to other work, and repeating a request may produce a different result. A prompt or template selection is not a guarantee of factual accuracy, originality, exclusivity, a particular visual style or suitability for every publication. Review what is generated before using it.

The gallery contains independent concept artwork created for this website. These images are not screenshots, actual in-app templates or outputs produced by Framelet. They suggest creative directions without promising that the app will reproduce a pictured composition or deliver an identical result. The description of a feature or offer actually available in the app is the relevant information when deciding whether to use or purchase it.

AI limitations do not remove legally required standards. Where applicable, digital content must match its description and satisfy required quality or conformity standards, and services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Correction, repeat performance, a reduction in price or a refund may be required by law. Describing a tool as generative is not a reason to disregard an unfulfilled promise or valid defect claim.

13

The information provided before a purchase

Purchase conditions are presented in the app and the Google Play payment process. Review the price, currency, applicable taxes, benefit supplied and important conditions or limits before deciding to pay. The public website has no checkout and does not publish a price list. A description of a creative feature is not, by itself, a promise of a free allowance or a particular amount of paid use.

Only use a payment method you are entitled to use. Check the actual offer and correct an error before confirming the transaction. Where the law requires information or an agreement in a form you can retain, that requirement applies to the purchase process. Keep the receipt and relevant description so you can identify the benefit and conditions accepted.

Google Play operates its own checkout and payment rules. We use the necessary purchase confirmation to supply the corresponding Framelet benefit. You do not need to provide full card details, store passwords or verification codes to begin a support enquiry. If an offer is unclear or a paid action does not match its stated conditions, ask support about the discrepancy.

14

Separate payments and missing benefits

Framelet does not offer subscriptions. Each purchase is separately authorised for the offer displayed; completing one purchase does not authorise a later payment. The offer identifies what you are buying and the conditions that apply. Those accepted conditions cannot be replaced retrospectively by a less favourable statement added to the website.

A pending payment, an unsuccessful checkout and a completed transaction are different situations. If a completed purchase does not appear correctly in the app, send the available order reference and explain the missing benefit. No Framelet registration is needed to raise that issue. The information required to check it should be proportionate and must not include access to your Google account.

Repeatedly trying to pay is not necessarily a solution to a delivery problem. If more than one charge appears for what you intended as one purchase, identify the transactions you can see and let support review them. You remain entitled to the agreed benefit or the appropriate remedy. Payment verification is not a reason to retain money for an obligation we have not fulfilled.

15

Refunds and adjustments to paid access

A duplicate or unauthorised charge, missing paid access, failed paid feature or misdescription can require a transaction review. Our Refund Policy describes the information that helps us investigate. Google Play also provides refund and unauthorised-charge routes for payments made through its system. Eligibility depends on the transaction, circumstances, relevant store rules and applicable law.

We do not treat all digital purchases as non-refundable or promise that every request will be approved. Mandatory remedies can remain available after a store's ordinary discretionary refund period. Google and the payment provider control parts of the payment-return process, so the status and timing need to be checked for the particular order rather than assumed from a general promise.

When a refund or payment reversal is approved, the corresponding benefit may need to be withdrawn or corrected. An adjustment must relate to that transaction and respect the decision and mandatory rights. Unrelated valid purchases are not automatically lost. Tell us if the payment decision and app access disagree. Credible abuse can be investigated proportionately, but a legitimate refund request or challenge to an error is not misuse.

16

Removing your Framelet information

Personal Settings includes a deletion option, and you can independently request deletion at support@framelet.net. Email can be used when the app is unavailable or no longer installed. You do not have to register, sign in or complete an in-app request before emailing. We may ask for limited information to locate the relevant records and verify the request.

All creation information is removed within 48 hours of upload start, or prompt submission without upload, even without a request. This includes inputs and outputs, prompts, settings, template choices, task IDs and status, timestamps, metadata, associations and copies in every controlled system or system processing for us. Logs, support attachments, caches and backups are included; the rule is not limited to media files or a generation server.

Save files you wish to retain before they are erased. The deletion process cannot recover erased material or remove a separate copy that you downloaded or shared elsewhere. Independent records needed for accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security or a legal obligation cannot preserve creation information or links after its deadline, or permit ordinary continued use of app-user records that should be erased.

Deleting Framelet data neither deletes your Google account nor automatically requests a refund. You may ask for purchase assistance and deletion at the same time; resolving a transaction is not a condition for making a privacy request. The deletion page explains the two routes and the handling of independently necessary records.

18

Availability, updates and changed features

Maintenance, security improvements, compatibility changes and legal or marketplace requirements can affect availability. Network interruptions and events outside our reasonable control can also prevent use. There is no promise of uninterrupted operation, a fixed generation time or compatibility with every device, browser or operating-system version.

Features may be developed, revised or discontinued for legitimate product and operational reasons. If a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will provide the notice and options required by the accepted conditions and applicable law. An urgent legal or security issue may require action before advance notice is possible, without removing a remedy that is otherwise due.

If a change or permanent withdrawal prevents delivery of what you paid for, contact support about the appropriate response. Depending on the circumstances, that may involve restoring the benefit, ending the affected purchase arrangement or providing a refund. A right to change the service is not permission to keep payment for an unfulfilled obligation. Creation-data deadlines remain applicable during maintenance, investigation and service changes.

19

Restricting or ending access

You can stop using Framelet at any time. We may reject a request or limit, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, non-payment affecting the relevant entitlement, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. The response should be proportionate to the issue rather than an automatic removal of unrelated valid rights.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and give you a way to contact support if you believe it is wrong. Some protective measures require action before notice, and information may be limited when disclosure would undermine security or violate the law. A lawful privacy request, good-faith complaint or legitimate refund claim is not itself a reason to penalise you.

If permission to access a service ends, stop using or attempting to bypass the restriction. Existing purchase obligations, rights in material, lawful record handling and unresolved claims continue where their purpose requires it. Termination does not remove a consumer or privacy remedy, extend the creation-data deadline or give us a new permission to publish or train on private material.

20

Responsibility for loss and damage

We are responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible, including a failure to fulfil our contractual obligations. Nothing here excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. All statements about service limitations are subject to those protections.

Consumer claims are assessed under the relevant rules, including causation and reasonable foreseeability where those tests apply. General statements about uncertain AI output or interrupted availability do not excuse a failure to supply an agreed benefit or answer a legally valid claim. We remain accountable where our own actions contribute to a loss.

You are responsible for independent decisions about publishing or relying on material and for reasonable precautions, such as checking results, obtaining permissions and retaining exported files you need. We do not automatically assume losses caused solely by misuse beyond our responsibility. Framelet does not promise business revenue, audience growth, profit or another commercial outcome. Commercial use is subject to that limitation along with any specific agreement and mandatory law; it does not change the status of your own creative rights.

21

Protections that depend on your location

Consumer law may provide mandatory rights concerning information before purchase, digital content quality, conformity, warranties, withdrawal and refunds. In Canada, relevant federal, provincial or territorial protections apply according to their scope. For an internet agreement covered by Ontario law, applicable disclosure, agreement-copy and opportunity-to-review requirements remain in force. These terms do not waive a remedy for misleading conduct or failure to supply what was agreed.

If protections in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States or another place apply to your transaction, those mandatory rights are also preserved. Store policies can provide additional options but cannot reduce a statutory protection. The operator's Canadian address does not, by itself, exclude rights available to a consumer elsewhere.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, supplying digital content or services before it expires must involve the information, request, consent or acknowledgment required by the relevant law. Viewing this website or its gallery does not waive that right. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered purchases may require correction, repeat performance, price reduction or refund even after an ordinary discretionary store refund window has passed.

22

Raising a disagreement

Write to support@framelet.net with the issue, the reference you have and the outcome you are seeking. We can try to resolve the matter through support. Doing so does not stop you from using an available store review, consumer authority, privacy authority or court process, and it does not pause a legal deadline. An internal support exchange is not a compulsory first step where the law allows another route.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, where our company is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available where you live remain effective. These terms do not designate an exclusive court, impose compulsory arbitration or make you give up a local forum available under the law. They also do not treat a valid complaint or the use of a lawful dispute process as a breach.

A decision made by Google Play may have its own review route. Privacy requests and complaints can be pursued through the Privacy Notice's channels and the competent authority. Keep the purchase record or relevant correspondence needed to identify a dispute, while avoiding unnecessary copies of private creative material. Seeking assistance does not require surrender of an unrelated purchase or privacy right.

23

Export and trade requirements

You must follow export controls, sanctions and other trade restrictions that apply to access to the software or service. Do not carry out a prohibited transaction, supply access to a person who cannot lawfully receive it or transfer restricted software or services to a prohibited destination. Successful technical access is not evidence that a transaction is legally authorised.

We may limit access to comply with an applicable restriction. Do not use another identity, device, payment method or intermediary to evade a restriction that applies to you. If you believe an access decision was mistaken, you can explain the issue to support. Any review remains subject to legal requirements and cannot promise access that the law prohibits.

24

Service notices and electronic records

Operational notices may be given through the app, this website or an email exchange you initiate with support. The purchase platform may issue its own receipts and transaction messages. Keep relevant copies of purchase conditions, confirmations and correspondence for future reference; a store's payment record and an answer about an app problem are different records.

An electronic confirmation can record an agreement or communicate a notice where the law permits. Any requirement to supply a retainable copy, individual notice or another legally prescribed form still applies. A general announcement is not a substitute for a specific notice that the law requires for an affected purchase or material change.

These service communications do not enrol you in marketing or authorise optional tracking. A support message allows us to handle the matter you raised within the purposes in the Privacy Notice, not to use its content for unrelated advertising or AI training. Separate consent requirements remain separate from your acceptance of these terms.

25

How the agreement works as a whole

These terms, the conditions for the relevant feature or purchase and the linked policies describe the service arrangement. Binding information given before a purchase remains binding where the law provides. A statement that an agreement is complete does not erase a consumer's legally protected reliance on that information. Referencing privacy documents does not convert them into blanket consent.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent the law allows. That principle cannot be used to defeat a mandatory protection. A delay or failure to enforce a condition does not automatically waive the right to address a later breach; any lawful waiver is limited to the circumstances in which it is given.

You may not transfer permission to operate or resell the service without authorisation. A transfer of the business or an agreement to a successor must respect existing obligations, privacy and mandatory consumer rights, with notice or further steps where required. It cannot be used to avoid an accepted paid benefit or gain an incompatible new permission over private material.

26

Revisions and contact details

The date displayed for these terms identifies the current version. Changes may be needed as the service develops, the law changes or operations evolve. We will provide the notice or seek the fresh agreement required for a material change. Merely replacing a webpage does not remove an existing purchase right or authorise new processing that requires its own legal basis or consent.

Conditions for a future offer must be presented before you decide to accept it. Earlier purchases remain protected by their applicable conditions and mandatory law. If it is unclear which version or description applies, contact support and include the available transaction reference and relevant correspondence. You do not need to send unnecessary private material to ask about the agreement.

Yes Investment Holding Inc. is the service provider, located at 803-5075 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6C6, Canada. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@framelet.net. The support page provides routes for technical issues, purchases, content concerns and information requests.
