Inside the creation process
AI Data Use
How Framelet handles a creative request, the limits on that use and the deadline for removing the entire record of a creation.
Where the creative processing happens
Framelet supports image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. Creative requests run on self-hosted generation servers under our operation. This is server processing, not a claim that generation takes place entirely on your device. We do not send requests, source material or results to a third-party AI generation provider.
We do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identity information. An image of a person may still contain personal information, so you should have the necessary permission to provide it. The absence of identity analysis does not make every use of another person's photo appropriate or lawful.
Services involved in hosting, communications, app distribution and purchasing have operational roles distinct from AI generation. Adjust is used solely for installation-source attribution through necessary technical information. Creation information, support content and purchase events are not sent to Adjust. The Privacy Notice describes these operational activities and the choices and rights that may apply.
What counts as creation information
A request can involve the source images you choose, a prompt, settings and an image or video template selection. Its results can include generated images or videos and previews. Framelet uses Android's system Photo Picker for source images. Select only what is needed, and do not include unnecessary confidential or sensitive material. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the material you provide.
The complete creation record also includes parameters, task identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata, associations between records, links and copies. A task reference in a support attachment or a description in a log remains creation information. Its classification does not change when it is moved out of the generation system.
The website does not accept source uploads or perform generation. The gallery shows independent concept artwork for the website, not screenshots, actual in-app templates or results produced by Framelet. The Android app is not released, and Google Play availability is marked Coming soon.
The original request sets the deletion deadline
All creation information is removed within 48 hours from the start of an upload. When a request has no upload, the period starts at prompt submission. Its outputs, metadata and copies share that original deadline. Completing a result, copying a file, handling a retry within that request or discussing it with support does not restart the period. This routine deletion does not depend on a separate request from you.
The deadline covers all input and output material, prompts, settings, template selections, task identifiers and status, timestamps, metadata, associations and copies. It applies to every system we control and every system processing on our behalf, including task records, logs, support messages or attachments containing creation information, caches and backups. It is not a rule for media files on a generation server alone.
Independent records may still be necessary for accounting, a payment dispute, security, fraud prevention or another legal purpose. Such records must not preserve creation content, metadata, task information or associations after the creation deadline. A separate purpose for retaining a transaction does not permit retention of the artwork or its related information. Copies that you export to a device or share outside our controlled systems are separate and remain under your control or the other service's policies.
Use for the request, never for AI training
No user information is used to train AI. This includes inputs and generated results, prompts, service records, support communications and purchase information. It is not an assurance limited to one model, one type of media or one category of user.
Submitting material permits only the processing needed to fulfil the request and handle related support and safety matters. It does not transfer your existing rights, allow unrelated publication of private material or create permission to collect it for future training. The Terms of Use explain the limited processing licence and the responsibilities attached to inputs and generated results.
Keep an exported copy if you need a creation beyond the removal window. Framelet is not a permanent archive, and information already erased cannot be restored from a deleted record. A suggestion about improving the service does not change the no-training commitment or give us unrelated rights in private creative material.
Your routes for control and help
Use Personal Settings to request deletion of app-user information, or independently email support@framelet.net. Neither route requires a Framelet registration or login. Email is available when the app cannot be opened or is no longer installed. We may ask for proportionate information to identify the records and verify that the request concerns you.
A content concern can be reported from the creation's detail page without leaving the app. Email support is an additional route, including for a rights complaint or when app access is unavailable. Explain the issue and use available references instead of forwarding illegal material or unnecessary personal information. Reporting does not extend the original creation-data deadline.
Yes Investment Holding Inc. is responsible for the handling described here. The Privacy Notice covers further rights, disclosures and complaint routes, while the deletion page explains removal and the limited treatment of independent records. Accepting the Terms does not replace a separate consent required by law.
