Information and individual choice
Privacy Notice
A guide to the information Framelet handles, the purposes it serves, its lifetime and your options for accessing, correcting or removing it.
Framelet and this notice
Yes Investment Holding Inc. operates Framelet and the website https://framelet.net. Our postal address is 803-5075 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6C6, Canada. Send privacy enquiries to support@framelet.net. In this notice, “we” and “our” refer to this company, which is responsible for the personal information under its control and acts as a controller where that legal term applies.
This notice covers the Android app, image-to-video generation, video templates, AI images, image templates, purchase administration and communications with us. Personal information includes details that identify someone directly and information reasonably connected to a person, including relevant device identifiers, photographs and correspondence. A record need not contain your name to receive protection.
Framelet is being developed for Android, with Google Play availability coming soon. We do not currently provide a published store link. The descriptions of app processing below apply when those features are available. The website introduces the product and its policies; it does not collect creative requests or take payments.
The gallery contains original website concept artwork. Those images are not screenshots, actual in-app templates or examples of outputs produced by the app. Looking through or enlarging a gallery image does not submit your information to an AI generator.
A privacy notice explains our handling; reading it is not agreement to unrestricted processing. Where a particular use needs a separate disclosure, meaningful consent or another legal step, that requirement remains. The rights described for particular regions depend on the applicable law and circumstances, rather than on this notice declaring that every law applies to every visitor.
Using the app and making purchases without a login
Framelet does not ask you to register a login account, create a password or sign in with a social account. There can nevertheless be records associated with an installation or app user, such as preferences, requested operations and purchased entitlements. When an app control refers to account deletion, it concerns these app-user records rather than a separate login profile.
Relevant identifiers help route a request to the correct service record, administer an entitlement and locate information when you ask for assistance. An identifier or purchase reference can be personal information without being a username. A reference connecting a user or transaction record to a particular creation is creation information and must be removed with that creation.
Google Play accounts belong to Google's separate service. A store purchase does not create a Framelet login, and removing Framelet data does not close your Google account or delete records Google holds for its own purposes. Do not send a Google password or authentication code to us; those credentials are not needed to submit a support or privacy request.
Purchases are one-time purchases. The item, price and applicable conditions are shown in the app before purchase confirmation; this website does not provide a price list or process transactions. We use the relevant store response, order details and entitlement information to verify a transaction, provide what was purchased and investigate a missing purchase, refund or reversal.
A purchase enquiry should identify the order and the issue without including unrelated bank records or full payment details. Independent transaction records can be necessary after creation information has been erased, for example for reconciliation or accounting. They cannot preserve a creation or its associated information, and an unresolved billing issue does not prevent a privacy request.
Selected material, generation and the resulting work
For photo input, you select images through Android's system Photo Picker. A selected image is uploaded for the operation you request. Generation uses models hosted and operated on our own servers; it is not described as an operation performed entirely on your phone. We do not send creative inputs or results to a third-party AI generation provider.
We do not carry out facial recognition, extract facial geometry to identify someone or create biometric identity records. A photograph can still identify a person, and some material can reveal sensitive information through its contents. The absence of biometric identification does not make such material anonymous or remove our responsibility to protect it.
No user information is used to train AI. This includes the input, result and prompt, but also user or installation references, diagnostics, purchase records, reports and communications. Delivering a request, resolving an error or reviewing a concern does not authorize keeping user information for model development or training.
The whole set of information associated with a creation is erased within 48 hours, beginning at the start of its input upload. When there is no upload, the clock begins with prompt submission. An output belongs to that same period, so finishing generation does not grant it another 48 hours. The retention section describes the systems, copies and associated records covered.
Submit only material you have the rights and permissions to use, including appropriate permission for someone else's personal information. Keep unrelated sensitive documents out of creative requests. Examine the result before using it, since generated material can be inaccurate or contain unexpected details. Save an available result before its removal deadline if you want a copy under your own control.
Our self-hosted generation is separate from the operational and attribution services described in this notice. It does not mean that no provider handles technical information, payment-related records or communications for another disclosed purpose.
The information involved in an interaction
Information reaches us when you supply material or a message and when your device or another service communicates with our systems. Relevant sources include your submissions, app and website requests, service processing, Google Play transaction responses and installation attribution. Reading a website page does not require you to send a creative input or identify yourself by email.
- Creation information includes everything associated with an individual creation: prompts, input images or videos where supplied, generated images or videos, settings, generation parameters, template selections, task IDs and records, status, timestamps, related metadata and associations. It also includes all copies, thumbnails, previews, caches and backups. This definition is not limited to these examples or to the media file itself.
- App and installation records include identifiers used for service operation, preferences, settings and purchased entitlements. A link from those records to a creation, or a description of that creation, falls within creation information rather than the independent app record.
- Purchase information includes the item purchased, an order or transaction reference, purchase dates, receipts or verification responses, purchase and refund status, and the associated entitlement. Google Play handles the payment itself under its own terms and privacy information.
- Support and reporting information includes the question, content report or request you send, relevant references, the correspondence that follows, and any screenshot or attachment you choose to provide. An email enquiry includes your email address. You can report a work directly from its detail page in the app. Any creation information contained in a report or attachment retains the creation's original deadline.
- Technical and operational information includes IP address, device or browser characteristics, operating-system and app versions, request times, relevant page or feature interactions, faults and diagnostic information, and security or abuse-related logs. A technical record that identifies or describes a particular work is creation information to that extent.
- Installation-source information includes relevant referral and channel details, permitted device or advertising identifiers, IP and version information, and installation, first-open or session signals. Adjust uses these limited technical signals for the attribution purpose explained below.
Only send information needed for the interaction. A screenshot can help explain a problem, but contacting us does not automatically require a screenshot, identity document or copy of the creation. If a record needs to be located or a request verified, we ask for information appropriate to that need and avoid unrelated details.
The purposes and permissions behind processing
We explain why information is needed before or when it is collected and limit its use to the relevant purpose. Consent is obtained where applicable law requires it, with a separate choice for processing that is not necessary for the requested service. A reference to a purpose below does not remove an applicable Canadian consent requirement or authorize a use that would otherwise be unlawful.
- Creating and delivering a result: receiving selected material, applying requested settings or a template, managing the task, reporting progress or an error, and returning the result. The input and task information are used to perform the action you requested.
- Operating the app: maintaining preferences and the correct app-user record, administering access and entitlements, and communicating a feature's availability or a service issue.
- Administering purchases: checking store responses, providing a purchased entitlement and reconciling refunds, payment reversals or discrepancies. Necessary transaction records also support applicable financial duties.
- Responding to people: answering support questions, investigating reported problems, handling privacy and deletion requests and content reports, and sending relevant administrative responses or notices.
- Understanding installation sources: attributing an installation to its referral, campaign or channel through Adjust. This does not include supplying creations, support messages or purchase events to Adjust or using it to analyze activity within creative features.
- Maintaining safety and reliability: diagnosing faults, preventing fraud, reviewing misuse and security incidents, responding to harmful-content reports, applying the service terms and establishing or defending legal rights.
- Meeting legal and business responsibilities: keeping necessary accounting records, obtaining professional advice and responding to applicable legal obligations or valid authority requests.
Where the law governing an activity recognizes these legal bases, necessary service delivery may rely on a contract or steps you request before entering one; required record-keeping may rely on a legal obligation; and appropriate reliability, security or administrative work may rely on legitimate interests. Reliance on legitimate interests requires consideration of your rights and interests. These bases apply only where legally available and do not substitute for consent that another applicable law requires.
For consent-based processing, you can withdraw consent using a relevant available control or by contacting us. We explain any applicable restriction or effect on the requested service. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful handling unlawful. We may be unable to perform a generation or purchase request without information necessary for that action, while an unrelated optional attachment is not a condition for asking a privacy question.
Genuinely anonymous or aggregated statistics may help assess reliability and usage. A substituted or hashed identifier alone does not establish anonymity. Information reasonably connected with a person remains subject to this notice, and information associated with a specific creation cannot be kept beyond its deadline under a statistical label. None of these purposes permits AI training on user information.
A new use that requires further information, consent or another legal step must meet that requirement before it begins. Editing this notice does not by itself authorize an unrelated purpose or expand the lifetime of creation information.
People and services that may receive information
We limit disclosure to information relevant to the purpose and recipient. Different recipients need different records; the categories below are not permission to disclose every category of information to every provider. Where someone processes information for us, our responsibilities for that processing continue.
- Operational providers may process information needed to host or deliver the website and service, store records, handle communications and support, or protect systems. Adjust receives the attribution information described in its own section. These operational roles are distinct from AI generation, which we self-host.
- Google Play and purchase-related services may exchange transaction, entitlement, verification, refund or dispute information needed to complete a purchase, correct a discrepancy or meet a platform requirement.
- Professional advisers, such as legal counsel, accountants, auditors and insurers, may receive relevant information for advice, compliance, administration or a claim, subject to suitable confidentiality obligations.
- Legal or safety recipients may include courts, regulators, law enforcement and other parties when disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation or is lawfully needed to protect people, investigate abuse or establish, exercise or defend rights.
- Parties involved in a proposed or completed business transaction may review or receive relevant information in a financing, acquisition, merger, restructuring or asset sale. Appropriate confidentiality, legally required notices and other safeguards apply, and the transaction does not cancel existing privacy commitments.
- A person you authorize may receive information at your direction, including a representative assisting with a privacy request. If you independently export or share a result, the recipient's subsequent handling of that separate copy falls outside our operation of the app.
Processors acting on our behalf must handle information for the authorized purpose with appropriate protection. Creation information and copies held for us remain subject to the same deletion deadline. An independent service, such as Google Play for its own payment activities, may also have its own legal duties and privacy notice for the records it holds independently.
We do not exchange personal information for money. Some laws use broader definitions of sale or advertising-related sharing that can cover other disclosures. Where those definitions apply, the relevant opt-out rights described later remain available; the absence of a monetary payment does not remove them.
Source attribution with Adjust
Adjust is used to identify how an installation reached Framelet, for example through a referral, campaign or acquisition channel. Its role is installation/source attribution. It neither generates creative media for us nor analyzes the content of a work.
This attribution uses technical data. Subject to availability, permission and relevant privacy choices, signals may include a device or advertising identifier, referrer and channel information, IP address, operating-system, app or SDK version, and installation, first-open or session information. Not every identifier is available or permitted in every context.
We do not provide Adjust with prompts, input or output media, task details or other creation information. Support correspondence and content reports are not sent to Adjust, and we do not send purchase events or use it to measure use of creative features. Enabled acquisition-channel integrations may exchange the necessary attribution information and results, subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices.
The retention arrangements for attribution serve that independent purpose rather than the creation storage period. Available device controls can restrict an advertising identifier, but restricting or resetting it does not itself erase earlier records. You can ask us for access, deletion, an objection or an applicable advertising opt-out concerning this processing. We coordinate with the relevant provider when necessary to act on a valid request.
Storage periods and complete removal of creation information
Each creation has a single maximum lifetime of 48 hours, measured from the start of the input upload, or prompt submission when no upload is involved. All of its information is erased by that deadline. An output generated later shares the original deadline; it does not receive a separate period beginning at completion.
The scope is all information associated with the creation, including the media, prompts, input and output files, parameters and settings, template selections, task records, IDs, status, times, metadata, associations and every copy. It covers systems we control and those processing for us, including storage, databases, logs, support and reporting systems, attachments, previews, thumbnails, caches and backups.
Moving the information to another system, making a copy or opening a support, safety or legal matter does not restart its lifetime. An independent record may not preserve the creation, a task link, associated metadata or any other creation information beyond the deadline. Backup handling and necessary record-keeping are not exceptions to this rule.
- Independent app-user and settings records may be needed to administer your use and purchased access. They are removed when no longer necessary or when a valid deletion request requires removal. All information connecting them to a creation is removed by that creation's deadline.
- Independent purchase and financial records can be necessary for verification, entitlement reconciliation, refunds, disputes, accounting or tax obligations. Erasing a creation does not automatically erase a separate purchase history. Conversely, a need for purchase history cannot preserve creation content or its associated records.
- Independent support and report records may be kept to resolve a question, document a response or address a related dispute. A creative attachment, screenshot of a work, task reference or other creation-linked information within the case is removed by its original deadline, even if the correspondence continues.
- Independent technical and security records can be needed for fault diagnosis, system protection, misuse prevention or a particular investigation. Their necessary period depends on that purpose. Any creation content or associated task information within a log or incident record is still removed on time.
- Independent attribution records are governed by the necessary installation-source purpose and the relevant Adjust service arrangements and configuration, together with applicable rights and obligations. They do not contain creation information and have their own retention criteria.
For an independent record, we consider its purpose, whether the underlying need has ended, applicable obligations and rights requests, and whether less identifiable information would suffice. We delete it or make it genuinely anonymous when it is no longer needed. Any restricted retention or backup handling of such a record must not preserve or restore erased creation information.
Framelet is not a permanent archive of works. Save an available result before the deadline if you want your own copy. A file exported to your device or independently shared with another person is outside our controlled systems and processors. You or that recipient control the separate copy; our removal cannot delete it from independently managed storage.
Removing your app-user data
You may request deletion through the app or through email. These are independent routes, so email is available even when you can still use the app. A request does not require registration, a login or reinstalling Framelet.
- Open Personal Settings in the app, choose the deletion control, review the information provided and confirm. Save any result you want to keep while it is still available before proceeding.
- Email support@framelet.net and ask to delete your Framelet app-user data. An available app-user or order reference can help us locate it. If you cannot access the app, explain that in the message so we can identify an appropriate way to verify the request.
Deletion covers the relevant app-user record, non-essential preferences and associated personal information, including all remaining creation information and its copies. An account-deletion label refers to these service records, not a separate Framelet login. We give the necessary removal instructions to processors handling information for us.
Verification may require limited information to distinguish your records from somebody else's. If an independent purchase, accounting, security, support, attribution or other record must remain for a necessary lawful purpose, we explain the relevant limitation and restrict the retained record to that purpose. It is not permission for ordinary continued use of a deleted user record or for retaining creation information beyond its deadline.
Routine removal under the 48-hour creation rule does not wait for a deletion request, verification or support response. Once removed from our systems, the creation and associated information are no longer available there. Uninstalling the app or clearing a cache is different from requesting removal of server-held records.
Deleting Framelet data does not close your Google account, remove Google's independently held payment records or automatically reverse a purchase. You may raise a refund concern separately without making it a condition for a privacy request. Files you exported or independently shared elsewhere remain controlled by you or their recipient.
Website storage and device access
This website does not set cookies, run analytics or advertising trackers, or persist gallery and page selections in browser storage. Its filters and enlarged-image views are temporary interactions. Pages, images and locally supplied fonts can be cached by your browser for display. There is no website form for uploading a prompt, making a generation request or providing payment information.
An installed app uses different technology from browser storage. App and service records support the requested operations, while the Adjust SDK handles the disclosed source attribution. Blocking a browser cookie does not automatically disable an app SDK, and removing a local cache does not erase information already held by us or a provider.
The system Photo Picker makes the photos you select available for input. If a different function requires device permission, it is requested for that function, and you can refuse or later change permission using the available device controls. A function that depends on the permission may then be unavailable. Changing access does not itself delete an image or information previously submitted to the service.
You can use browser and operating-system settings to manage local storage and privacy preferences. Any legally required consent for device access or tracking is separate from viewing this policy. If you want previously received records removed as well as future access restricted, use our deletion or privacy contact route.
An external link may take you to Google Play, Adjust or another independent service. Its notice governs the information it receives through your direct interaction with that service. We remain responsible for our own disclosures and for processing carried out on our behalf; another provider's notice does not replace this one.
Safeguards and incident handling
We use organizational, administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the risks of handling it. Information travelling between the app or website and our servers is protected in transit with HTTPS using TLS. Access is limited to people and systems with a relevant need, and authorized handling is confined to the work involved.
Protection also includes investigating faults and suspicious activity, responding to reports and reviewing the handling of information by operational providers. No internet-connected service can promise that loss, unauthorized access or misuse is impossible. When an incident occurs, we assess it and provide notices to affected people or authorities where the applicable law requires them.
Keep your device and store access secure. If you suspect an exposure or other security issue, contact us with a concise description and an available reference that helps explain it. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, card security details or unrelated documents. You can describe a concern before supplying potentially sensitive evidence.
Security investigations do not extend creation retention. Creative files, task details, associated metadata and copies within incident records must be removed by the same original deadline. Necessary independent security records can remain only without that creation information or its associations.
Processing locations and international transfers
Our operator is based in Ontario, Canada. Information may also be processed in other countries through the infrastructure and services involved in operating Framelet, including relevant Google Play and Adjust operations. A Canadian company address is not a promise that every record stays in Canada. Other countries can have different privacy protections and rules allowing access by public authorities.
We remain accountable for information processed for us and require appropriate protection for the authorized purpose. Where transfer rules apply, we use the safeguards or arrangements required for that transfer. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, these can include a recognized adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another permitted mechanism. UK and European requirements continue to apply where they govern the relevant information.
Contact us for an explanation of the safeguards relevant to your information, including how to obtain a description or copy where applicable. We may protect necessary confidential details without withholding information you are entitled to receive. A change of processing location does not change the permitted purpose or the deadline for removing all creation information from controlled systems and processors.
Children and sensitive content
Use of Framelet must satisfy the age, capacity and consent requirements applicable to the user. If lawful use requires a parent or guardian's permission, that permission must be obtained first. Someone unable to provide meaningful consent must have the legally required assistance or authorization; this notice does not allow an applicable age or consent rule to be bypassed.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information contrary to applicable requirements. If we learn that information was obtained without a required permission or other legal basis, we take appropriate steps to stop that handling and remove it as required. A parent or guardian can ask us to review a concern or delete relevant information, with proportionate verification where needed to protect the child.
An ordinary creative request does not require private financial statements, government identity documents, health records or similar unrelated sensitive information. Keep those details out of uploads, prompts and support attachments. Consider the privacy of other people shown or described in material you submit. A recognizable image is still personal information even though we do not use it for biometric identification.
Canadian privacy rights and accountability
Where Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act or another applicable Canadian privacy law governs the information, you can ask about our practices and challenge whether we have met our obligations. We limit information to appropriate identified purposes, maintain accuracy appropriate to its use and provide a route for enquiries and complaints through our privacy contact.
When consent is required, it must be meaningful: the information, purpose and relevant disclosures must be understandable. Consent for information not necessary to a requested service is a separate choice. You may withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; we explain any restriction and its consequences. Consent does not waive our other privacy responsibilities.
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you, obtain access in an understandable form and ask where it came from, how it has been used and to whom it has been disclosed, subject to lawful access exceptions.
- Challenge inaccurate or incomplete information and request appropriate correction. Where required, we record an unresolved accuracy dispute and communicate relevant amendments to recipients.
- Ask for assistance preparing a request or raise a complaint about collection, use, disclosure, retention, safeguards or our response. No Framelet login is needed to contact us.
We respond within the period required by the applicable law. If access is limited, a permitted extension is needed or a lawful cost applies, we explain the basis and the available next steps, including advance information about a cost where required. Access is provided at minimal or no cost as required, and a refusal is explained with the applicable complaint route.
Send a Canadian privacy enquiry or complaint to support@framelet.net. We review concerns and take corrective steps where warranted. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial privacy regulator, depending on the applicable law. The federal Commissioner generally asks you to raise the concern with the organization before filing a formal complaint; its guidance explains the available routes. Asking us to resolve a concern does not remove an available regulatory complaint right.
Additional rights and how to make a request
Contact support@framelet.net to exercise a right or ask which rights apply to your information. The available rights depend on the relevant law, the processing and its legal basis. The Canadian section and the regional sections below supplement these general routes; none requires you to create a Framelet login.
- Access and transparency: confirm whether information about you is processed, obtain a copy and learn about the sources, purposes and recipients relevant to it.
- Correction: have inaccurate information corrected or information completed where it is incomplete for its intended use.
- Erasure or restriction: request removal or limits on processing, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions for independent records, such as a specific record-keeping duty or legal claim.
- Portability: receive relevant information you provided in a usable format or have it transferred to another provider where the right applies and doing so is technically feasible.
- Withdrawal: change a consent-based decision without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
- Advertising and profiling choices: exercise applicable rights concerning sale, advertising-related sharing, targeted advertising or profiling that has qualifying effects.
Your right to object: when a law permits processing on legitimate-interest grounds, it may give you a right to object for reasons relating to your circumstances. An applicable objection to direct marketing does not require a personal explanation. Stopping a future use and removing information already held are different requests; you may ask for both where applicable.
We may need a limited app-user, installation, order or correspondence reference to find the correct records and verify a request. This helps avoid releasing or deleting somebody else's information. An authorized representative may act where permitted, with evidence of authority and any verification the law requires. A new account is not a condition for making a request.
We respond within the applicable legal period, explaining a limitation or refusal and any lawful extension or permitted charge. We describe the available next steps and do not unlawfully discriminate against someone exercising a protected right. An exception allowing an independent record to remain does not extend the creation deletion deadline.
You can complain to a supervisory authority or regulator available under applicable law. Seeking help from us first can be useful but does not remove a right to contact a regulator directly.
Privacy signals and opt-out requests
Legacy Do Not Track preferences do not have a single consistent implementation across online services. We do not interpret that setting as a universal instruction to delete app records, disable every SDK or withdraw every permission connected with a device.
Legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, are different. We give a valid signal the effect required for the processing governed by the relevant law. Its scope relates to the browser, device or context in which it is received; it does not automatically identify all separate app installations or independent service records.
You may also send an applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out request to support@framelet.net. Give an available reference or describe the service or device concerned so it can be applied appropriately, without sending credentials. Restricting an advertising identifier may limit future availability without erasing previous records; request deletion as well if removal is what you want.
California residents
If California privacy law applies, its scope, thresholds and exceptions determine the available rights. The information categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention rules throughout this notice describe the relevant processing. Sources include your submissions, device and service interactions, store responses and attribution information.
Relevant categories can include identifiers and contact details; commercial information about transactions and entitlements; internet, app and technical activity; and visual material, prompts and correspondence you provide. Chosen content can reveal additional personal or sensitive information. These categories are used and disclosed for the purposes and recipient categories already explained, with the fixed creation deadline unchanged.
- You may exercise applicable rights to know and access information, correct inaccuracies and request deletion, subject to the law's conditions and exceptions.
- Applicable choices include opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and limiting qualifying uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
- You may use an authorized agent under the applicable authorization and verification rules and exercise protected rights without unlawful discrimination.
We do not receive money in exchange for personal information. California's definitions can nevertheless cover other disclosures. Where attribution exchanges with an enabled acquisition channel fall within sale or sharing, the applicable opt-out can be made through our contact address or a legally recognized preference signal. Those attribution exchanges do not include creation information, support content or purchase events from us.
Verification is proportionate to the request, and we explain an applicable exception that prevents full completion. Asking about sensitive information does not require you to send another copy of it without a need to do so. Start with a description so that any additional information needed to locate or verify the matter can be kept limited.
Virginia residents and appeals
Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, eligible residents may exercise its rights subject to the law's scope and exceptions. These rights relate to the processing described in this notice. A conditional description of a right does not mean that every type of processing mentioned is performed by Framelet.
- Confirm whether personal data is processed and access it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; and obtain an applicable portable copy of information you provided in a usable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, a sale of personal data or profiling for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, where the relevant processing and right apply.
- Exercise protected rights without unlawful discrimination and appeal a refusal through the same accessible contact route used for the request.
Use support@framelet.net for a request. To appeal a decision, reply to the response or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject and explain the issue you want reconsidered. We review the appeal and provide the outcome and reasons within the applicable legal period. If an appeal is denied, we explain the available method for submitting a complaint to the Virginia Attorney General.
Updates and enquiries
The date shown on this page identifies the current version. We may revise the notice when product features, operating arrangements, information handling or legal requirements change. Material changes receive additional notice where required, and a new use requiring consent or another legal step is not authorized merely by publishing different wording.
An update does not remove rights relating to information already processed or change a creation's fixed deadline into indefinite retention. We keep the notice aligned with the app's practices, including attribution and deletion. Independent services may update their own notices separately; that does not replace our responsibility to explain our own handling.
For a privacy enquiry, access or correction request, deletion request, objection, complaint or security concern, write to support@framelet.net. You may also contact Yes Investment Holding Inc. at 803-5075 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6C6, Canada. The official website is https://framelet.net.
Explain what you want help with and include a limited app-user or purchase reference if one is available. An email address supplied for a reply is not evidence of a registered Framelet login. Keep passwords, authentication codes, full payment details and unrelated identity documents out of your message.
For a concern about a work, use the report control on its detail page without leaving the app, or describe the issue to support. Do not forward unlawful or unnecessary sensitive material when a description will suffice. Any creation information included in a report or support attachment remains subject to its original deadline. Support, purchase and deletion requests have separate routes, and an unresolved purchase matter does not block a privacy request.
