Support

A direct way to ask about the app, a transaction, content or your information. Send the details needed for the issue, without unnecessary private material.

Contact the support team

Send enquiries to support@framelet.net. Framelet is the Android app with package net.framelet.video. It has not been released on Google Play, and no store link is available yet. Its features are image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. Prices and purchase conditions are shown in the app; this website does not take payment.

Explain what happened and the help you are seeking. Give correct available references for an actual purchase or support matter, and say when a detail is unknown. This is about describing a real issue, not requiring imaginative prompts or fictional pictures to be factual. No Framelet registration or login is needed to contact us.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, full payment-card information or unrelated private documents. A useful subject, a clear description and the reference you already have are usually more relevant than a complete device or purchase history.

02

Make a technical issue easier to identify

Useful details include the device model, Android version, app version, approximate time, selected feature and error message. Explain what you were doing immediately before the issue and what happened instead of the expected behaviour. Include a task reference if one is available; if it is not, say so rather than inventing an identifier.

A cropped screenshot can help when it does not expose unnecessary personal details. Do not send a sensitive source image unless it is needed for the issue and the reason has been explained. We may no longer be able to inspect a creation after its information has been removed, so a description of the behaviour can be more useful than assuming an archive exists.

Creation content and associated information in support messages or attachments retain the original 48-hour deadline of the request they concern. Sending material to support does not restart it. A necessary independent support record must be separated from creation content, metadata and associations after that deadline.

03

Report content or a rights problem

Use the report option on a creation's detail page to report a concerning result without leaving Framelet. This is the in-app reporting route. Email is an additional way to raise a content or rights concern, including when the app is inaccessible. Reports help inform content safety, filtering and moderation.

Describe the concern and include a reference if available. For an allegation involving copyright, privacy, likeness or another right, explain your connection to the material and the right you believe is affected. You can also explain why you consider a restriction mistaken. A report by itself is not conclusive proof of wrongdoing.

Do not forward illegal material or unnecessary private, intimate or identifying information. The report does not extend the original creation-data deadline, including for its task references, metadata and attachments. Independently necessary records of handling a matter must not retain creation information or associations past that deadline.

04

Purchase, deletion and privacy requests

For missing benefits, apparent duplicate charges or another payment problem, provide an available Google Play order reference and describe the mismatch. The Refund Policy covers the store route, approved-refund adjustments and legal protections. We do not need your store credentials to begin checking a Framelet purchase issue.

For deletion, you can use Personal Settings or email independently. Email works without a Framelet login or app access. We may ask for proportionate information to identify records and verify a request; explain if an identifier is unavailable. The Privacy Notice covers additional information-access, correction, objection and complaint rights where applicable.

You may pursue a purchase enquiry and deletion at the same time. Deletion is not an automatic refund request, and purchase support is not permission to keep creative information past its deadline. If your message concerns both matters, say so, allowing the relevant purposes and records to be handled separately.

The provider and further contact

Framelet is operated by Yes Investment Holding Inc. Our address is 803-5075 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6C6, Canada. Use support@framelet.net for product, payment, content and information-related enquiries. The website's gallery is concept artwork, not evidence of a released app interface, actual templates or generated results.

For a follow-up, refer to the earlier exchange and identify what remains unresolved instead of resending unnecessary private files. Necessary independent support correspondence may be kept for the issue, a dispute or another justified purpose explained in the Privacy Notice. It cannot preserve creation content, metadata or links beyond the original deadline.

You remain free to use an applicable store review, privacy authority or other lawful complaint route. Asking us for help does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to surrender those rights. Support information is not used for AI training, and an operational support exchange does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
